Trauma is a word that we misunderstand. Trauma can be memories from our past that are abusive or scary, but trauma can also be associated with day to day life experiences that are interpreted as abusive or scary.
It is also interesting to look at the secure attachments that surround our lives when we become paralyzed by fear in our relationships, either personally or professionally. Unresolved issues can affect our health mentally and physically.
My work is important in creating a safe place -- both physically and emotionally. This safe place, created by a model of cranial work, allows resolution of many emotionally paralyzing challenges. Working toward wholeness, health and wellness can be achieved by working with a trusted therapist and the successful techniques of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. I look forward to developing that trusted relationship between client and therapist.
